CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
David Steinberg is responsible for implementing FCP’s overall investment strategy and overseeing its operations. He is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to FCP, David was a Principal and Managing Director of Madison Capital since 2010 serving as the Head of Acquisitions and a member of the Investment Committee. He oversaw over $2 billion of debt and equity transactions, covering retail, office, hospitality and multifamily assets in major U.S. markets.
Prior to Madison, David was a Founder and Managing Principal of FrontView Group, a private real estate investment and advisory firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s principal investment activities. Before FrontView, David served as a Vice President at Antares Investment Partners, a real estate private equity and development firm.
David spent the first six years of his career as a real estate attorney at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He represented private equity funds, investment banks and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the origination and syndication of billions of dollars in mortgage and mezzanine debt.
David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University, and he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

Nirmal Roy is responsible for overseeing FCP’s acquisition and asset management activities. He is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to FCP, Nirmal was a Partner at BHR Capital, a hedge fund specializing in special situation investments with a focus on bottom-up fundamental analysis across the capital structure. At peak, BHR Capital managed $1.8 billion of equity and Nirmal was responsible for all real estate related investments globally for the fund.
Prior to BHR, Nirmal was an Associate at Meadow Partners, a $6.6 billion real estate manager. He was the first employee after the firm was founded by the original three partners. Nirmal underwrote and closed six transactions totaling ~$400 million of capital and $150 million of equity for the firm’s first discretionary fund.
Prior to Meadow, Nirmal was an Investment Analyst at Silver Point Capital focused on private and public distressed credit investments across a variety of sectors. Nirmal started his career at Starwood Capital Group where he focused on the acquisition of real estate assets and publicly traded real estate companies globally. Nirmal served as the primary analyst on the bid for Equity Office Properties, the largest proposed merger in U.S. history at the time.
Nirmal received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and a minor in Spanish.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
Nate Dickey-White leads sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing potential investments and is a member of the Investment Committee. Nate has been involved in all FCP’s investments since inception.
Prior to FCP, Nate was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Madison Capital, where he spent almost four years working on the acquisitions team with David Steinberg. In this role, Nate was responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions including direct property acquisitions, loan investments, and note acquisitions. Nate was involved in the execution of debt and equity transactions totaling nearly $800 million across all asset classes in major US markets.
Nate began his career as an Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Banking Group, where he worked closely with members of the Capital Markets Group to assist corporations in maximizing real estate value using structured financial products involving tax, capital, and accounting strategies.
Nate received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.

HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
Sam Koeppel leads the day-to-day asset management of all FCP assets. Sam joined FCP in 2021 and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to FCP, Sam was a Managing Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at HFZ Capital Group where he was responsible for sourcing and managing new investments, raising debt and equity, operating a portfolio of rent stabilized units, and overseeing the firms retail, industrial, and hospitality assets.
Sam started his career at Newmark Knight Frank as an Associate, working on a national consulting team that focused on investment sales and tenant representation transactions. To date, he has closing transactions totaling more than $5 billion.
Sam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Marymount Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University.
DIRECTOR, CAPITAL FORMATION & INVESTOR RELATIONS
Garry Ng leads capital raising and manages investor relationships. Garry joined FCP in 2026.
Prior to FCP, Garry was a Director of Capital Formation at Tide Rock, a private equity buyout firm. Before that, he was a Director at Old City Investment Partners, a placement agent that raises capital for niche alternative managers across asset classes.
Before Old City, Garry was an Assistant Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Alternative Investment business, responsible for sourcing and originating alternative managers for the wealth management platform.
Garry started his career as an Analyst at Aon Consulting covering pensions, endowments, foundations, hedge fund and real estate clients.
Garry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Chinese from Trinity College.
